IBM Jumpstart design mentorship (Hyperblue AI - policy as a code)

This is not a product project but a leadership one. I was selected as design coach for IBM's Jumpstart developer incubator, guiding a cohort of newly hired engineers through their first full product design lifecycle on Hyperblue AI, an internal policy-as-code product.
What I did
I facilitated design thinking workshops for a team with no prior design experience. I’ve also helped a non-designer cohort develop user empathy, define a value proposition, and ship a working prototype. I’ve also coached individuals on career growth alongside project milestones and bridging the gap between design practice and engineering culture.
Why it matters
This project is evidence that I can translate design thinking to people who have never used Figma and make it land in a way that changes how they build.
